It's dark, cold and your family is looking for you figure out what to do. Now is not the time to plan for a disaster. - Water (look for water and food with shelf lives of 5 years - most bottle water is only good for a year or two)

- Extra clothing and some essential medications
a password protected,fire and waterproof secure USB drive with scanned copies of all of your families data
