What is a Settee?
You may be wondering what on earth a settee is, and you're not alone. I don’t think I ever heard the word before I bought my first one. When I asked my girlfriend if she knew what a settee was, she replied "A what?" None of my friends had ever heard the word either, so what exactly is it?

Most settees may look as if they were made during the year 1920 or 1930 but they are still being produced today. A leather settee is a much more popular choice than cloth upholstered versions and they are nearly all framed in wood. The reason they look old is because they have been designed to look that way.
